Whereas the Russian Federation first invaded Ukraine illegally in 2014 and further expanded that illegal invasion in 2022: Now, therefore, be it

That the Senate condemns the rejection by the United States of United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/ES–11/L.10 (2025), titled "Advancing a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine", condemning the illegal invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.
