Mr. Whitehouse introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works
JOINT RESOLUTION
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings: Interim Final Rule" (90 Fed. Reg. 28904 (July 2, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
