Mr. Whitehouse introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works
JOINT RESOLUTION
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities Technology Review: Interim Final Rule" (90 Fed. Reg. 29485 (July 3, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
