Mr. Whitehouse introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works
JOINT RESOLUTION
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Air Plan Approval; Florida; Revisions to Stationary Sources—Removal of Clean Air Interstate Rule Provisions" (90 Fed. Reg. 29745 (July 7, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
