JOINT RESOLUTION
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Trichloroethylene (TCE); Regulation Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)" (89 Fed. Reg. 102568 (December 17, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
