This Act may be cited as the "Risky Research Review Act".

(a) In general - Subtitle V of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

(b) Clerical amendment - The table of chapters for subtitle V of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

(1) - in paragraph (11), by striking "and" at the end;

(2) - in paragraph (12), by striking the period at the end and inserting "; and"; and

(3) - by adding at the end the following:

(13) - a member of the Life Sciences Research Security Board established under section 7902 of title 31.
