This Act may be cited as the "Pathways to Paychecks Act".
2. Employment service offices
Section 9 of the Wagner-Peyser Act (29 U.S.C. 49h) is amended by adding at the end the following:
(d) - States may use State merit staff, or other staff that meet the requirements applicable to Federal contractors, to carry out the duties of employment service offices under this Act.
