This Act may be cited as the "Recommending Artificial Intelligence Standards in Education Act of 2025" or the "RAISE Act of 2025".
2. Academic standards for artificial intelligence and technology education
Section 1111(b)(1)(C) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6311(b)(1)(C)) is amended by inserting ", including standards for artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies" after "by the State".
