This Act may be cited as "Kamisha's Law".
(a) In general - Chapter 213 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an indictment may be found or information may be instituted at any time without limitation for—
(1) - murder in the second degree under section 1111;
(2) - voluntary manslaughter under section 1112;
(3) - attempted manslaughter under section 1113;
(4) - murder in the second degree, voluntary manslaughter, or attempted manslaughter under section 1114;
(5) - murder in the second degree, voluntary manslaughter, or attempted manslaughter under section 1116;
(6) - murder in the second degree under section 1118;
(7) - murder in the second degree, voluntary manslaughter, or attempted manslaughter under section 1119;
(8) - murder in the second degree or voluntary manslaughter under section 1120; or
(9) - murder in the second degree or voluntary manslaughter under section 1121.
(b) Clerical amendment - The table of sections for chapter 213 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
