(a) In general - Section 7 of the Act of October 19, 1973 (25 U.S.C. 1407), is amended, in the undesignated matter following paragraph (4), by striking "$2,000" and inserting "$5,000".
(b) Technical corrections - Section 7 of the Act of October 19, 1973 (25 U.S.C. 1407), is amended—
(1) - in paragraph (1), by striking ", or" and inserting a comma; and
(2) - in paragraph (4), by striking "cede" and inserting "ceded".
