This Act may be cited as the "Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program Enhancement Act of 2025".
2. Noninsured crop disaster assistance program
(a) In general - Section 196 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (7 U.S.C. 7333) is amended—
(1) - in subsection (a)(1)(A)(ii), by striking "except in the case of crops and grasses used for grazing,"; and
(2) - in subsection (l)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking "(other than for crops and grasses used for grazing)".
(b) Regulations - Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall promulgate regulations to carry out the amendments made by subsection (a).
