1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Farmers’ Market Expansion Act of 2025".

2. Seniors farmers' market nutrition program

Section 4402(b)(1) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 3007(b)(1)) is amended by striking "and herbs" and inserting "herbs, and tree nuts (including shelled tree nuts)".
