That the House of Representatives—
recognizes the millions of Gulf war veterans and their dedication to protecting the Nation;
(2) honors the noble sacrifice of the Armed Forces and our allies who served in the Gulf wars;
(3) recognizes the 5th anniversary of the evacuation of Afghanistan; and
(4) reaffirms the commitment of Congress to honoring Gulf war veterans.
