This Act may be cited as the "Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act".
(a) In general - The Secretary of Defense shall provide fluid or powdered milk to members of the Armed Forces at dining facilities on military installations, in varieties that may include—
(1) - unflavored;
(2) - flavored;
(3) - organic;
(4) - non-organic;
(5) - whole;
(6) - reduced-fat;
(7) - low-fat;
(8) - fat-free;
(9) - lactose-free; or
(10) - any combination thereof.
(b) Prohibition - The Secretary may not, to carry out this section, purchase fluid or powdered milk from an entity owned or controlled by a foreign adversary, as determined by the Secretary of Commerce under section 7.4 of title 15, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulation).
