1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Water Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Act".

2. Clean water infrastructure resiliency and sustainability program

Section 223(g)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1302a(g)(1)) is amended by striking "2026" and inserting "2031".

3. Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program

Section 1459A(l) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19a(l)) is amended by striking "2026" each place it appears and inserting "2031".

4. Midsize and Large Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program

Section 1459F(f)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19g(f)(1)) is amended by striking "2026" and inserting "2031".
