1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Special Diabetes Program Reauthorization Act of 2025".

2. Extension of Special Diabetes Programs for Type I diabetes

Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2)) is amended—

(1) - in subparagraph (F), by striking "and" at the end;

(2) - in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting "; and"; and

(3) - by adding at the end the following:

(H) - $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, to remain available until expended.
