This Act may be cited as the "HCBS Worker Protection Act of 2025".


2. Removing limitation on payments for certain HCBS waivers under Medicaid

Section 1915(c)(11) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396n(c)(11)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
