1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Protecting Girls’ Sports for Military Kids Act".


2. Prohibition on male participation in female sports at DODEA schools

(a) In general - A male student may not participate in a female sport at a school operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity.

(b) Definitions - In this section:

(1) Female - The term female refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses eggs for fertilization.

(2) Female sport - The term female sport means an athletic program or activity designated exclusively for participation by students who are female.

(3) Male - The term male refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses sperm for fertilization.
