This Act may be cited as the "HIV Prevention Now Act".
2. Funding for National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention
(a) In general - There is hereby appropriated for programs and activities of the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention $2,165,000,000 for fiscal year 2026.
(b) Treatment of funds - Funds made available under subsection (a)—
(1) - shall be in addition to other amounts appropriated to the Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention;
(2) - shall be used exclusively for the purposes specified in subsection (a); and
(3) - may not be transferred to any entity other than the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention.
