This Act may be cited as "River’s Law".

Section 658E(c)(2)(I) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858c(c)(2)(I)) is amended—

(1) - in clause (i)(XI), by striking "; and" and inserting a semicolon;

(2) - by redesignating clause (ii) as clause (iii); and

(3) - by inserting after clause (i) the following:

(ii) - shall include—

(I) - a prohibition on constructing, maintaining, or otherwise operating a pool on the premises of any facility where such services are provided; and

(II) - a requirement to install door and window alarms in any facility where such services are provided; and
