This Act may be cited as the "Union Participation for All Act".
2. Repeal of prohibition against certain persons holding offices in labor organizations
(a) In general - Section 504 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. 504) is repealed.
(b) Conforming amendment - Section 401(e) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. 481(e)) is amended by striking "to section 504 and".
