1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Protect Our Hospitals Act".

2. Repealing changes to Medicaid provider taxes

Section 71115 of Public Law 119–21 is repealed, and the provisions of law amended by such section are restored as if such section had not been enacted into law.
