1. Transfer of administrative jurisdiction of land to USPS; construction of post office

(a) Transfer -

(1) in general - Administrative jurisdiction of the Federal land is hereby transferred from the Secretary of the Interior to the United States Postal Service for use as a United States Postal facility, consistent with subsection (b).

(2) Federal land - For the purposes of this section, the term Federal land means the approximately 20.32 acres of Federal land in Saratoga Springs, Utah, known as Parcel #58:022:0021, located approximately west of Mountain View Corridor and north of SR–73 with access off Wild Blossom Boulevard.

(b) Construction of post office - Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Postal Service shall construct and begin operation of a post office on the Federal land transferred to the Postal Service under subsection (a).
