1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Providing Radiation Exposed Servicemembers Undisputed Medical Eligibility Act" or the "PRESUME Act".


2. Prohibition of requirement of evidence of a certain dose of radiation to determine that a veteran is a radiation-exposed veteran

Section 1112(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:

(5) - The Secretary may not require evidence of a certain dose of radiation to determine that a veteran is a radiation-exposed veteran.
