1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Accountability Doesn’t Expire Act".


2. Extension of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee

Section 15010(k) of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136; 5 U.S.C. 424 note) is amended by striking "2025" and inserting "2030".


3. Report on extension of statute of limitations for Paycheck Protection Program loans

Not later than September 30, 2030, the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee shall submit to Congress a report on the impact of each extension of the applicable statute of limitations for loans made under paragraph (36) or (37) of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)) pursuant to the PPP and Bank Fraud Enforcement Harmonization Act of 2022 (Public Law 117–166).
