1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Integrating Social Workers Across Health Care Settings Act".

2. Clinical social worker services defined

(a) In general - Section 1861(hh)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395x(hh)(2)) is amended—

(1) - by inserting "(and services and supplies furnished as an incident to such services)" before "performed by"; and

(2) - by striking "for the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses".

(b) Effective date - The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to services furnished on or after December 1, 2025.
