This Act may be cited as the "No Welfare for the Wealthy Act of 2025".
2. Amendment
Section 5(a) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2014(a)) is amended to read as follows:
3. Effective date; application of amendment
(a) Effective date - Except as provided in subsection (b), this Act and the amendment made by this Act shall take effect 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
(b) Application of amendment - The amendment made by this Act shall not apply with respect to certification periods that begin before the effective date of this Act.
