This Act may be cited as the "Service Member Housing Relief Act".
1. Temporary adjustment to a rate of the basic allowance for housing for members of the uniformed services: lower threshold; permanent authority
Section 403(b)(8) of title 37, United States Code, is amended—
(1) - in subparagraph (A), by striking "20 percent" and inserting "15 percent"; and
(2) - by striking subparagraph (C).
