1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Stop Funding Rioters Act".


2. Persons convicted of certain felonies ineligible for Small Business Administration assistance

No person convicted of an offense relating to a misdemeanor or felony assault of a law enforcement officer, or convicted of a felony for actions during or in connection with a riot that resulted in the destruction of a small business concern (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)), shall be eligible to receive any assistance from or through, or participate in, any program administered by the Small Business Administration.
