1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Terrorist Inadmissibility Codification Act".


2. Inclusion of Hamas, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, Palestine Islamic Jihad, and ISIS officials and members among aliens engaged in terrorist activity

Section 212(a)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)) is amended, in the undesignated matter following subparagraph (IX), by striking "or spokesman of the Palestine Liberation Organization" and inserting "spokesperson, or member of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Hamas, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Palestine Islamic Jihad, or any successor or affiliate group, or who endorses or espouses terrorist activities conducted by any of the aforementioned groups,".
