1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Water Quality Technology Availability Act".

2. Clarifying effluent limitation guidelines

Section 304(b)(1)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1314(b)(1)(B)) is amended by striking "technology in relation to" and inserting "technology that is commercially available in the United States in relation to".
