Section 412(g)(3) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7632(g)(3)) is amended—
(1) - in subparagraph (A), by striking "An entity" and inserting "Subject to subparagraph (C), an entity"; and
(2) Waiver - by adding at the end the following:
(C) Waiver - With respect to a grant awarded under this section on or after the date of enactment of this subparagraph, the Secretary may waive the matching funds requirement under subparagraph (A).
