This Act may be cited as the "Facility for Runway Operations and Safe Transportation Act" or the "FROST Act".
2. Deicing equipment protection
Section 47102 of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
(1) - in paragraph (3)(B)(v) by striking "and storage facilities for the equipment and fluids"; and
(2) - in paragraph (24) by inserting "storage facilities for aircraft deicing equipment and fluids," after "sponsor,".
