This Act may be cited as the "Youth Lead Act".
2. Grants for youth organizations
Section 410(d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7630(d)) is amended—
(1) - by striking "and" at the end of paragraph (1);
(2) - by striking the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting "; and"; and
(3) - by adding at the end the following:
(3) - $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
