1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Crime Doesn’t Fly Act of 2025".


2. Prohibition of use of ICE arrest warrants as identification at aviation security checkpoints

(a) In general - Except as provided in subsection (b), the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration may not accept a prohibited document as valid proof of identification at an aviation security checkpoint.

(b) Exception - Subsection (a) shall not apply with respect to an alien who is being removed from the United States in accordance with the immigration laws (as such term is defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101)).

(c) Prohibited document defined - In this section, the term prohibited document means any of the following:

(1) - Immigration and Customs Enforcement Form I–200, Warrant for Arrest of Alien (or any successor form).

(2) - Immigration and Customs Enforcement Form I–205, Warrant of Removal/Deportation (or any successor form).
