This Act may be cited as the "The Adams Memorial-Great American Heroes Act".
(a) Adams Memorial Commission - Section 2406 of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (Public Law 116–9) is amended—
(1) - in subsection (l), by striking "2025" and inserting "2032"; and
(2) Authorization of appropriations - by adding at the end the following:
(n) Authorization of appropriations - Notwithstanding other provision of law, there are authorized to be appropriated $50,000,000 to carry out the purposes of this section, subject to the following limitations:
(1) Non-federal match requirement - Any Federal funds made available under this section shall be matched on a 1-to-1 basis by non-Federal contributions.
(2) Limitation on administrative costs - Not more than 4 percent of Federal funds made available under this section may be used for administrative expenses.
(b) Compliance with Standards for Commemorative Works - Section 1(c) of Public Law 107–62 (115 Stat. 411; 124 Stat. 1192; 127 Stat. 3880; 133 Stat. 750) is amended—
(1) - by striking "The establishment" and inserting "Notwithstanding section 8908(c) of title 40, United States Code, the establishment"; and
(2) - by striking "2025" and inserting "2032".
(c) Location of commemorative work - Section 2 of Public Law 107–315 (116 Stat. 2763) is amended—
(1) - by striking "The commemorative" and inserting "(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the commemorative"; and
(2) - by adding at the end the following:
(b) - The commemorative work may be located within the area generally depicted as "Adams Memorial: Eligible Additional Area" on the map titled "Adams Memorial: Eligible Additional Area" prepared by the Adams Memorial Commission and dated February 25, 2025.
