1. Exception for certain locations

Section 41731(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—

(1) - in the subsection heading by striking "Alaska and Hawaii" and inserting "Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and the Northern Mariana Islands"; and

(2) - by striking "State of Alaska or the State of Hawaii" and inserting "State of Alaska, the State of Hawaii, the territory of Guam, or the territory of the Northern Mariana Islands".
