(a) In general - Section 1192(e)(1)(A)(ii) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320fâ1(e)(1)(A)(ii)) is amended by striking "7 years" and inserting "11 years".
(b) Effective date - The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of Public Law 117â169.
