Ms. Jayapal (for herself, Ms. Tlaib, Mr. Casar, Mr. Castro of Texas, Mr. García of Illinois, Mr. Green of Texas, Mr. Johnson of Georgia, Ms. Lee of Pennsylvania, Mr. McGovern, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez, Ms. Omar, Ms. Pingree, Mr. Pocan, Ms. Pressley, Mrs. Ramirez, Ms. Velázquez, and Mrs. Watson Coleman) submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

JOINT RESOLUTION


That the following proposed foreign military sale to Israel is prohibited:

(1) - The sale of the following defense articles and services, described in Transmittal No. 25–34, submitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(b)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(b)(1)), and published in the Congressional Record on March 3, 2025: thirty-five thousand five hundred twenty-nine (35,529) MK 84 or BLU–117 General Purpose (GP) bomb bodies, or a combination of both; and four thousand (4,000) I–2000 Penetrator warheads.
